Here’s how the
Magic Happens

When your employer sends your paycheck through direct deposit, they let the bank know ahead of time that the money is coming. While some traditional banks wait until the money arrives before allowing you to access it, we make it available to you as soon as we get the notification from your employer.

We’ve got
your Back

Don’t wonder whether your check is lost in the mail. We send you a notification as soon as your paycheck hits your Step Account. Plus, your deposit account is insured up to $250,000 by Evolve Bank & Trust, member-FDIC.
