Do my points ever expire?

No! As long as your Step Account is open and in good standing, your points never expire.

What are my points worth?

Each point is worth 1 cent. That means that 500 points earns you $5.00 in cash, 1,000 points earns you $10 in cash, 2,500 points earns you $25 in cash…you get the idea.

What can I redeem my points for?

Right now, you can choose to redeem your points either for cash (which gets deposited straight to your Step Account), or for gift cards for common merchants. More ways to redeem points are coming soon, so stay tuned!
