1. Promotion Overview Step Mobile, Inc. (“Step”) is offering a one-time $1 promotional bonus (the “Bonus”) to select existing Step account holders as part of a promotion (the “Promotion”) to welcome users back to Step. These Terms govern participation in the Promotion.
2. Eligibility To be eligible, you must:
Have an existing Step account in good standing.
Have received a direct communication from Step regarding this Promotion.
Log in to your Step account on or before 11:59pm PT on March 15, 2026 (the “Qualification Deadline”).
The Promotion is available only to the recipient of the offer. Limit one Bonus per eligible account holder.
Step reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.
3. Bonus Credit and Removal The Bonus may be credited to your Step account before or after you log in.
If you log in on or before the Qualification Deadline, the Bonus will remain in your account and will be fully available for withdrawal or use, subject to the Step Visa Card and Secured Account Agreement (“Step Account Agreement”).
If you do not log in on or before the Qualification Deadline, Step may remove the Bonus from your account without further notice.
4. Withdrawability Once eligibility requirements are satisfied, the Bonus is immediately available in your Step account and may be withdrawn or used for transactions, subject to standard account terms, limits, and processing times.
5. Fraud, Abuse, and Reversals Step reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or reverse the Bonus if it determines that:
The account is not in good standing;
The Promotion has been abused;
Fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity has occurred; or
The Bonus was credited in error.
Step’s determinations are final, subject to applicable law.
6. Taxes You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receipt of the Bonus. Given the nominal value of the Bonus, Step does not anticipate issuing tax forms in connection with this Promotion.
7. Modification or Termination Step reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
8. Governing Agreement Participation in the Promotion is subject to the Step Account Agreement, the Evolve Bank & Trust Privacy Policy, and the Step Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Step Account Agreement, these Terms govern solely with respect to the Promotion.
