Instant Transfer Terms

These Instant Transfer Terms and Conditions (“Instant Transfer Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Step and govern your access to and usage of Instant Transfer. Through the Step App, we may offer you the ability to expedite a transfer of some or all of your funds from your Deposit Account balance to a Linked External Account or eligible debit card subject to any fees detailed at the time of the transaction in the Step App (“Instant Transfer”). These Instant Transfer Terms form a part of, and are incorporated by reference into, the Step Terms of Service. Your use of Instant Transfer is subject to all of the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Services as set forth in the Step Terms of Service, including without limitation, the indemnification, limitation of liability, and arbitration provisions. 

By accessing or using Instant Transfer, you agree to be bound by these terms. Funds are typically available within thirty (30) minutes. Payment processing services for Instant Transfer are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By accessing or using Instant Transfer, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, which may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of accessing these payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide us accurate and complete information about you, and you authorize us to share such information and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services to Stripe.
