To qualify for the 1% cash back offer, you must receive at least $200 via direct deposit into your Step Account from an employer or payroll provider: (1) by 11:59p PDT on October 15, 2022 and (2) within each rolling 30 day period following October 15, 2022. Once you qualify, you will receive 1% cash back on all transactions for each 30 day period following October 15, 2022 up to a total of 6 months so long as your account remains eligible for the offer. If you fail to receive at least $200 from direct deposit within any rolling 30 day period, you will be automatically unenrolled from the offer and will no longer be eligible to receive 1% cash back. Rewards will be deposited into your Step Account, if open and in good standing, within 7 days so long as your account continues to qualify for the offer during the 6 month period following enrollment. Your Step Card may provide you with the opportunity to earn benefits or rewards (“Rewards”). If it does, we will provide you with information and terms about the Rewards. At our discretion, we may limit enrollment including the number or the types of Rewards available for enrollment at any given time or the total amount of Rewards you may be able to accrue in a given time period. Your Step Account must be active and in good standing to receive a Reward. Rewards will be deposited into your Step Account within seven (7) days after a qualifying purchase or condition is finalized.
Reward may be reversed, in whole or in part, if qualifying purchase is returned or canceled (“Reward Reversal”). Ifthere is a Reward Reversal, we will deduct from your cash balance in your Deposit Account an amount equivalent to an original cash value of the Reward at the time you earned the Reward. To the extent that a Reward Reversal results in a negative balance in your Deposit Account, it is your responsibility to maintain an Available Balance of at least $0.00 in each Wallet in your Step Account in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in a Delinquent Status on your Step Account. Rewards are subject to change at any time in our sole discretion. We may withdraw, terminate, or suspend your use of Reward, or refuse to provide any Reward, if we suspect that there is fraud, a breach of the Agreement, a violation of applicable law, or other misuse of Rewards, for any reason set forth in the Agreement, and for any reason in our reasonable discretion, in accordance with applicable law. Rewards are not transferable. Certain features or Rewards may be offered through our partners. You agree to be bound by any applicable third-party terms and conditions in order to participate in certain Rewards.These third-party terms are subject to change at such third-party’s discretion.
