Spin the Wheel
SPONSOR. Spin the Wheel Refer-a-Friend Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Step, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 380 Portage Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94306. The Promotion is a series of individual, daily spin-the-wheel promotions, each new Promotion beginning at 12:01 and ending at 11:59pm (the “Daily Promotion”). The first Promotion begins at 12:01am on December 2nd 2024 PT a, and the last Promotion ends at 11:59pm on January 6th 2025 PT (“Promotion Period”). Winning a reward during a Daily Promotion does not disqualify you from winning a reward on any other day during the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open to current US Residents (excluding residents in NY and FL) who: (i) are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of participation; and (ii) have a valid Step account in good standing (“Participants”). Employees, officers, and other representatives of Sponsor, along with their agents and any parent company, subsidiary, or affiliates (the “Released Parties”), and including immediate family members and persons living in the same household with them are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Not available to residents in NY or FL.
HOW TO PLAY. Refer friends via the refer-a-friend dedicated link within the Step app, and you will receive a direct link to share with those friends you believe would benefit from having a Step account. It’s free to join, and if your friend uses your link to create a verified account, you will be invited (via email and push notification), to spin the wheel.
SPIN CONDITIONS. Spins may expire within 72 hours from notification to Spin the wheel. Limit: 5 spins per 24 hour period beginning on the first spin. Spin credit given only when friend is a new member and uses Participant’s dedicated link.
AWARDS. Awards are randomly generated randomly throughout the Promotion Period at between 9 cents and $10,000. Odds of winning depend upon number of spins and are weighted as follows:

CONDITIONS. Void where prohibited. Payout award will be deposited directly into Participant’s Step account. The Participant may be sent a declaration of eligibility / liability / publicity release (“Release”), which if sent, is required to claim an award, and such Release may require a guardian signature. Participant may also be required to provide name, U.S. Social Security Number (for tax form purposes), birth date, current address, and phone number. Participants under the age of majority must have consent of their parent or guardian to participate in the Promotion. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Promotion will be the sole responsibility of Participant. Participant may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV for awards that exceed $600. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant tampering with the fair play and/or entry process or the operation of the Promotion or violating these Official Rules, and reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Promotion if it determines the fair play of the Promotion has been compromised. Any portion of the Promotion may also be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in Sponsor’s opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. DISPUTES. Disputes regarding these terms and/or this Promotion will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California.
PRIVACY. All personal information collected by Sponsor will be used for administration of the Promotion. In addition, Entrants may receive promotional email correspondence from Sponsor. Sponsor uses reasonable commercial efforts to comply with Federal CAN-SPAM guidelines and to supply information to entities that comply with CAN-SPAM guidelines, and Entrants may subsequently opt-out of receiving further emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email.
AWARD LIST. To obtain a copy of these Terms, and/or to obtain the initials of the award recipients and the distribution, send an email within 90 days to support@step.com and references the name of this Promotion.
